cosy feel breakfast choice family room overlooked request
the breakfast had plenty of choice. the staff in the restaurant were so helpful, it was very appreciated. the hotel has a cosy homely feel when you walk in, it is cute.
i was assigned a family room at the far end of the hotel. this caused some inconvenience, especially as the elevator was out of order. the room request i made to be cleaned was overlooked.

Great Stay Above the City
tasty choices dinner option easy access
I found the breakfast had many tasty choices. I appreciated that dinner was an option in the restaurant. The hotel provides easy access to the train. It runs to the city center in about 20 minutes.
The steep walk from the tram stop to the hotel was challenging. It felt longer than fifteen minutes.

My room included a comfortable bed, aiding restful sleep. The bathroom featured a floor-even shower. Individually controlled HVAC was unavailable. The temperature adjustment was limited, and the ventilation ran constantly, made the air dry.

The hotel bar and entrance fireplace created a cozy environment. The ski jump behind the hotel is a great feature. It adds to the unique setting. There are also newly renovated rooms and nice shared spaces like the bar.

The standard double room had a very comfy bed. The ensuite had a good shower. breakfast offered a lot of choice and high-quality products. the staff were helpful and friendly, i experienced no issues! the hotel is close to the t-bahn. This made it easy to get to the city center.

The staff maintained politeness and helpfulness consistently. Considering the number of guests, they handled everything efficiently. the reception staff was very helpful and check-in was smooth. i felt well taken care of.

The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of items, all very fresh. I appreciated the high quality. the restaurant's food was excellent. The dinner menu was very good. i enjoyed having different options.

), and of course, it was fully booked upon arrival. this meant no swimming for me . also, the restaurant menu felt quite limited, and i ended up having to travel elsewhere for more appealing options. this wasn't ideal after a long day.
